1. Cancellation by the Participant:
- If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of enrolling, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your enrollment between 7 to 15 days of your enrollment, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made after 15 days of your enrollment.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
Note:
- Please ensure that the reason for cancellation is valid, as it will be thoroughly verified by the Softflew Team.
- The Registration fee is Non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Softflew Training Institute:
- Softflew Training Institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
- If Softflew Training Institute cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of their course fee.
- Softflew Training Institute is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants due to a course cancellation.
3. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your course, you must do so within 7 days of your enrollment.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible for all courses.
- If you reschedule your course within 7 days of your enrollment, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 25% of the course fee.
- All rescheduling requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
4. Non-attendance:
- If you do not attend a course and do not provide prior notice to Softflew IT Training Institute, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
- If you are unable to attend a course due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, you must notify Softflew IT Training Institute as soon as possible.
- Softflew IT Training Institute may require documentation to support your non-attendance.
5. Refund:
- Refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a cancellation or rescheduling request.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.
- Softflew Training Institute is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or credit card company in connection with a refund.
